Front Squat 95lbs 8, 6, 4

  1. I tried to go easy on myself with low reps, sets, and weight. This was still vary hard. I find with the back squat it is hard to go all the way down. For the last set - I went to just the bar. I was able to go all the way down but the pain in my knees was very high. I think that is why I couldn't go all the way down with the extra weight because the pain would have been unbearable.
