  • 5 Pullups (kipping)
  • 10 thrusters (45/45)
  • 15 kettlebell swings (25/15)
  • 800m Run (to neighbors privacy fence and back)
  • 5 Min Rest

  1. Taking a break from work - and its time to get back in shape.

    We didn't measure the time because we're mostly focusing on form.

    I am very sore from this workout. Let it burn.

    Angela pulled her thigh stretching between rounds. We didn't do a very good job warming up.
